T\u00edm nejzraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a preferovan\u00fdm je chodec. Historick\u00e9 centrum nesm\u00ed z\u016fstat tranzitn\u00ed trasou.<\/strong> Je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed sledovat historick\u00e9 centrum v r\u00e1mci \u0161ir\u0161\u00edch souvislost\u00ed cel\u00e9ho m\u011bsta. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed \u00faskal\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed \u2013 tranzitn\u00ed dopravu \u2013 toti\u017e nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00edme pouze v m\u00edst\u011b. Je t\u0159eba vn\u00edmat dopravu jako komplexn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, kde zm\u011bna v jednom m\u00edst\u011b m\u00e1 vliv na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u011bsta. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Zbraslavsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed je probl\u00e9m s t\u00edm, \u017ee slou\u017e\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm jako zkratka p\u0159i cest\u011b za prac\u00ed a zp\u011bt. V\u011bt\u0161ina individu\u00e1ln\u00ed dopravy skrze n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed pouze proj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed a nezastavuje se. Tuto dopravu je nutn\u00e9 redukovat a p\u0159esm\u011brovat mimo centrum.<br>K tomuto \u00fa\u010delu by mohla slou\u017eit Strakonick\u00e1 v\u00fdpadovka. Zde ale nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edme na z\u00e1sadn\u00ed probl\u00e9m \u2013 \u0161patn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 napojen\u00ed v ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta (Na Ban\u00edch). Zde chyb\u00ed plnohodnotn\u00e1 mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka, kter\u00e1 by zp\u0159ehlednila a zkapacitnila napojen\u00ed na m\u011bsto a vytvo\u0159ila tak vlastn\u011b obchvat Zbraslavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:27px\">P\u011b\u0161\u00ed doprava<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1vrh klade d\u016fraz na p\u011b\u0161\u00ed pohyb jako ten nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<br>V r\u00e1mci plochy n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed je vymezeno n\u011bkolik m\u00edst vyhrazen\u00fdch pro p\u0159ech\u00e1zen\u00ed, a to jak p\u0159es samotn\u00e9 komunikace, tak i skrze z\u00e1hony po obvodu n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Jejich charakter (m\u00edsto pro p\u0159ech\u00e1zen\u00ed, p\u0159echod) bude bl\u00ed\u017ee specifikov\u00e1n v r\u00e1mci dal\u0161\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu.<br>Po obvodu n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed jsou navr\u017eeny dostate\u010dn\u011b \u0161irok\u00e9 chodn\u00edky nejen pro pohodln\u00fd pohyb p\u011b\u0161\u00edch, ale i pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed venkovn\u00edch zahr\u00e1dek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:27px\">Veden\u00ed a charakter komunikac\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed zm\u011bnou, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivn\u00ed podobu n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, je zru\u0161en\u00ed diagon\u00e1ln\u00edch komunikac\u00ed. Ty jsou coby v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 historick\u00e1 stopa zachov\u00e1ny a zv\u00fdrazn\u011bny v r\u00e1mci dla\u017eby na hlavn\u00ed pochoz\u00ed plo\u0161e n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Komunikace pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a ve\u0159ejnou dopravu jsou v\u0161ak nov\u011b navr\u017eeny pod\u00e9l fas\u00e1d dom\u016f a jsou od budov odd\u011bleny \u0161irok\u00fdmi chodn\u00edky, v \u010d\u00e1sti dopln\u011bn\u00fdmi o parkovac\u00ed st\u00e1n\u00ed. Dimenze a tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed komunikac\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed z po\u017eadavk\u016f na bezkolizn\u00ed pohyb kloubov\u00fdch autobus\u016f.<br>Cel\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti ulice Eli\u0161ky P\u0159emyslovny je navr\u017eeno v re\u017eimu do 30km\/h. V r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed jsou komunikace zdvi\u017eeny na \u00farove\u0148 okoln\u00edch pochoz\u00edch ploch, pouze s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm technick\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdm rozd\u00edlem pro odvod de\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 vody. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011bji nepreferuje pohyb motorov\u00e9 dopravy, nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed bari\u00e9ry pro pohyb osob a dod\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz na v\u00fdznam cel\u00e9ho prostranstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:27px\">Cyklistick\u00e1 doprava<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyklotrasa prot\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed je vedena po komunikac\u00edch z Barto\u0148ovy ulice do ulice \u017ditavsk\u00e9ho. Cyklista je tedy sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed provozu na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Vzhledem k n\u00edzk\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolen\u00e9 rychlosti je v\u0161ak pr\u016fjezd n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00edm bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a veden\u00ed trasy je p\u0159ehledn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:27px\">M\u011bstsk\u00e1 hromadn\u00e1 doprava<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skrze n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se pohybuje n\u011bkolik linek MHD. C\u00edlem je, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd po\u010det linek zastavoval v jednom bod\u011b, a to u v\u00fdchodn\u00ed hrany n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Kapacity a dimenze zast\u00e1vek vych\u00e1z\u00ed z po\u017eadavk\u016f provozovatel\u016f MHD a st\u00e1n\u00ed pro autobusy jsou navr\u017eena tak, aby v r\u00e1mci n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed nebyla zablokov\u00e1na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed doprava \u2013 auta budou v\u017edy schopna projet mezi dv\u011bma stoj\u00edc\u00edmi autobusy. Zast\u00e1vky jsou dopln\u011bny o p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161ky pro pohodln\u00e9 \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed na spoj v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nep\u0159\u00edzn\u011b po\u010das\u00ed.<br>Barto\u0148ova ulice slou\u017e\u00ed jako z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed komunikace MHD pro p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 v\u00fdluky ve sm\u011bru na mimo\u00farov\u0148ovou k\u0159i\u017eovatku Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho okruhu. Proto je my\u0161leno i na mo\u017en\u00e9 do\u010dasn\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed provizorn\u00edch zast\u00e1vek na m\u00edst\u011b parkovac\u00edch st\u00e1n\u00ed v z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed.<br>Linka 165, propojuj\u00edc\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 Ji\u017en\u00ed m\u011bsto a Zbraslav, je obslou\u017eena v ulici Eli\u0161ky P\u0159emyslovny v bl\u00edzkosti mate\u0159sk\u00e9 a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly \u0161puntov\u00fdmi zast\u00e1vkami v obou sm\u011brech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:27px\">Parkov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed je celkem 49 parkovac\u00edch st\u00e1n\u00ed, z toho 5 vymezen\u00fdch pro osoby se sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost\u00ed pohybu a orientace.
